
By registering to VersusRealty.Com, you are agreeing to comply and to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree to this User Agreement, please do not register. VersusRealty.Com is owned and operated by VersusRealty.Com LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our" herein). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. By continuing to use or service after we post any such changes, you accept the User Agreement, as modified. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering with VersusRealty.Com. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny or cancel your registration and refuse any and all future use of our service. Our use of personally identifying information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy. You authorize VersusRealty.Com to contact you about the information you provide in your registration or about the status of your referral(s). You have no obligation to enter into a binding agreement with any registrant referred to you by VersusRealty.Com. You agree to rely on your own judgment in deciding to enter into a binding agreement with a referred registrant. VersusRealty.Com makes no guarantee, representation or warranty, express or implied as to: A. The currency, accuracy, or quality of the information provided by or to registered Sellers, Buyers and REALTORS®. You agree to immediately notify us if you and another registrant enter into any listing agreement or buyer’s representation agreement, expressed or implied. You understand that VersusRealty.Com is not a party nor is representing a party in your real estate transaction. We do not provide advice or traditional brokerage services to our registrants. You will indemnify and hold harmless VersusRealty.Com from any loss, liability, damage or cost that you may incur as a referred party. Services provided by VersusRealty.Com are free to sellers and buyers. VersusRealty.Com receives a referral fee from referred REALTORS® at closing. The use of our service is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination." State law may also forbid discrimination based on these factors and others. To complain of discrimination call the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at 800-669-9777. You agree that this User Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Additional terms applying to registered Sellers only: You must have legal authority to sell the property you register with VersusRealty.Com. Additional terms applying to registered Buyers only: You understand and acknowledge that home buyer rebates are prohibited in certain states. They may also be prohibited or limited by lenders. You should be familiar with, the legislation of your state and, or your lender’s requirements and limitations. Additional terms applying to registered REALTORS® only: You understand and acknowledge that VersusRealty.Com does not offer territorial exclusivity. Leads you receive are distributed to all other REALTORS® who are registered in the same particular area.
B. The nature or quality of services provided by registered REALTORS®.
C. The commission rates, fees and rebates offered by registered REALTORS®.
D. Our ability to provide a referral in any particular location..
E. The availability of buyer rebate in your state.
You must have and maintain an active real estate license.
You must have and maintain an active membership with the National Association of REALTORS®.
You must have and maintain an active membership with your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
You must notify us immediately of any change in your license sponsorship or status.
As a registered REALTOR®, you are not allowed to cross register as seller or buyer. Any attempt to cross register will result in the termination of your registration and you will be banned of any and all future use of our service.
When submitting a proposal, you must offer a competitive commission or a buyer rebate (if allowed in your state).
You are not required to submit a proposal to leads you receive. However, you must honor the terms of any proposal you submit.
Once we sent you a lead, your proposal must be submitted within 48 hours.
You are limited to submit one proposal per lead.
You are not allowed to share leads generated by this service with other real estate licensees.
