How does it work for sellers?

1. The first step is to register the property you are contemplating selling with VersusRealty.Com. The registration is free and there is no hidden fee for using our service, we receive referral fees from REALTORS® at closing.
2. Once your property is registered, your Property Profile is submitted to our network of registered REALTORS® in your zip code. You remain anonymous during this process.
3. We then provide you with proposals we receive from registered REALTORS® who are interested to compete for the listing of your property. To see a sample of the proposal form, click here. 
4. At this point, you decide whether or not to contact any of the REALTORS® we referred to you.
