How does it work for REALTORS®?

1. The first step is to register with VersusRealty.Com. The registration is free and there is no membership fee for using our service. During this process, you select up to 10 Zip Codes in your market area.
2. When a buyer or seller registers in one of your selected zip codes, you receive an email showing their Property Profile or Buyer Profile along with a proposal form.
3. If you are interested in the lead, you complete and submit the proposal form within 2 days. The proposal contains information about your professional credentials, the terms of the listing or buyer's representation agreement and the services you provide. 4. VersusRealty.Com provides the prospect with all proposals received from registered REALTORS®.
5. At this point, the prospect decides whether or not to contact the referred REALTORS®.
6. When you close a transaction from a lead generated from VersusRealty.Com, you pay us a 15% referral fee.
