After the registration, am I obligated to use registered REALTORS® referred to me?

    No, the registration does not obligate you to use any of the referred REALTORS®.

How much does it cost to register?

    The registration is free, we do not ask for credit card information.

Will my personal information be shared with all registered REALTORS®?

    No, you stay anonymous during the process. You decide what information you want to share if you contact a referred REALTOR®.

Is it possible to request certain services from your registered REALTORS®?

    Yes, by being very specific in your registration, registered REALTORS® can adjust their fees and services to your needs in their proposals.

What discount or rebate should I expect from your registered REALTORS®?

    We believe in free markets, our registered REALTORS® are free to set their commissions.

Is there a “standard” commission?

    No, commissions are negotiable.

What is a listing agreement?

Do you represent buyers or sellers?

    No, VersusRealty.Com does not represent buyers or sellers in their real estate transaction.

How much is the referral fee VersusRealty.Com receives from registered REALTORS®?

    Our referral fee is 15%.
