How does it work for buyers?

  1. The first step is to register with VersusRealty.Com. The registration is free and there is no hidden fee for using our service, we receive referral fees from REALTORS® at closing.
  2. Once you are registered, your Buyer Profile is submitted to our network of registered REALTORS® in your target area. You remain anonymous during this process.
  3. We then provide you with proposals we receive from registered REALTORS® who are interested to work with you. Each proposal includes the agent’s profile (i.e. years of experience, link to personal website, professional designations, etc.), the services provided (i.e. new listing updates, market activity, schedule showings, negotiations, attend closing, etc.) and the terms for the representation agreement (i.e. commission and rebate, duration, termination etc.).
  4. At this point, you decide whether or not to contact any of the REALTORS® we referred to you.
